The Environment service provides assistance in the implementation of environmental techniques in the context of studies and works, in addition to maintaining the environmental management system and supporting documents.
Analyzes, interprets and facilitates environmental legislation to works, extracting the requirements and compliance obligations.
Provides environmental training and participates in external work groups that provide relevant information for the company.
Occupational health and safety
The security service maintains the health and safety management system and the supporting and advisory documents for their implementation in works and centers.
It provides security training and actively participates and collaborates with the most prominent organizations in this field.
The health service, integrated into the human resources area, promotes actions related to occupational medicine.
Performs internal audits of the quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system, collaborating with external auditing and certification entities.
In addition, the FCC Co audit team promotes audits, at an international level, within the Special Program for the Treatment of Accident Risk (PETRA) and Information Security.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Coordinates CSR actions and manages the integration of the FCC group's construction area in the national and international sustainability indices (DJSI, FTSE4GOOD), acting as a link with the FCC group's CSR department.
It publishes the FCC Construcción Sustainability Report, which includes the objectives and innovations in this area of all the group's construction companies.
Prepares the Progress Report in accordance with the guidelines of the United Nations Global Compact to which it subscribes.
Information and documentation
It communicates, manages and archives all the information and technical, legal or normative documentation that is considered useful or even necessary for the development of the construction activity or other related activities, facilitating its dissemination within the company.
